Our Process

STEP ONE: INQUIRE

Using our online form, reach out and let us know a little bit about your Custom Home Build. Our team will review and set up an intake call with you to learn more about what you are looking for and if Northcote would be a good fit.

STEP TWO: DISCOVERY MEETING

Our team will meet with you to learn more about your Custom Home Build, gather all the information needed to determine the services required, and review your design and the overall goals of your Custom Home Build.

STEP THREE: DESIGNING & PLANNING

If your Custom Home Build does not already have plans, we get to work designing. We'll complete a Professional Services Agreement to engage in designing your home. We'll start working on conceptual drawings, then we'll refine every detail as we work towards final construction documents, with your input and preferences guiding the process.

STEP FOUR: CONSTRUCTION

With the design in place, we will complete our final bid and complete a Build Contract. Then we get to work. We'll implement all the details, from permitting to final finishes, delivering a beautifully executed space.
